If you are struggling or impacted by the floods you can connect through UFV Priority Access to Student Supports (PASS)<\/a> – an online service. PASS connects you to the resources you need. Instructors may also seek assistance for students they know are struggling or at risk of falling behind. Referrals to PASS are answered in the Student Support Centre, where a Student Support Coordinator will reach out and provide you with support. Connect with services through PASS.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

UFV employees have access to Employee and Family Assistance Program<\/a>. EFAP is a confidential service available to you at no cost, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Toll-free: 1-800-663-1142<\/p>\n

Red Cross and eligibility for financial assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Canadian Red Cross is providing one-time financial assistance to households that have been evacuated due to the flooding and extreme weather event that occurred across the province from November 14 to 16.<\/p>\n

You are eligible if your primary residence was placed on evacuation order due to the flooding and extreme weather event November 14 to 16, 2021.<\/p>\n
