HR is very excited to introduce you to our newest colleague, Zoe Strazza. Even though face-to-face meetings are on hold for now, hopefully you’ll get the chance to introduce yourself to Zoe over the coming months as she works with you on all your HR needs.<\/p>\n
Zoe is a seasoned HR and Finance Business Partner with a demonstrated history of providing strategic support through shared objectives and accountabilities with business stakeholders.<\/p>\n
She is skilled in employee and labour relations, full cycle recruitment and selection, compensation, pay and benefits, performance management, change management, disability management, organizational design, learning and development, leadership development and much more.<\/p>\n
Zoe considers herself to be an unshakable optimist, employee experience aficionado, and culture transformation catalyst.\u00a0 She utilizes design thinking as a human-centered approach to innovation to integrate the needs of employees, foster the culture of connection, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.<\/p>\n
When she is not working Zoe recharges by practicing yoga, cooking, gardening, reading, hiking, and enjoying water sports with her two fur family members. Together with her two dogs she volunteers at seniors\u2019 homes and with healing programs assisting victims of violence.<\/p>\n
