Rather than relying on email-based processes,\u00a0<em>some<\/em>\u00a0requests are now\u00a0submitted\u00a0through structured forms and tracked from start to finish.<\/p>\n<p>This shift supports a more consistent and transparent experience by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Submitting requests through a guided, consistent process<\/li>\n<li>Routing requests to the\u00a0appropriate team\u00a0more efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Offering clear status updates and request history<\/li>\n<li>Supporting more consistent workflows and processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As outlined in our communications, this is part of HR\u2019s broader effort to improve\u00a0service delivery and create a more streamlined and responsive experience for employees and managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s Available Now<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The HR\u00a0Client\u00a0Portal already includes\u00a0a\u00a0key\u00a0service:\u00a0<strong>Professional Development\u00a0Applications<\/strong>\u00a0and we are continuing to expand\u00a0what\u2019s\u00a0available.<\/p>\n<p>Two\u00a0additional\u00a0services are now live:<\/p>\n<p><em>1. Service Catalog &gt; Recruitment &gt;<\/em><strong>\u00a0Auxiliary Request<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Departments can now\u00a0submit\u00a0auxiliary placement requests directly through the portal. The form captures all required information\u00a0previously captured in the\u00a0mach\u00a0form with the addition of multiple approvals. Once\u00a0submitted, a ticket is created, allowing you to track progress and status\u00a0through to\u00a0completion.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. Service Catalog &gt; Total Compensation &gt;<\/em><strong>\u00a010% Acting\/Additional Duty\u00a0Pay<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Requests for temporary acting or\u00a0additional\u00a0duties\u00a0pay can also be\u00a0submitted\u00a0through the portal.
