The survey is subject to Manulife\u2019s <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manulife.ca\/page\/the-wellness-report\/terms-and-conditions.html\"><em>Terms and Conditions<\/em><\/a><em> and any information you provide will be subject to Deloitte\u2019s <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.deloitte.com\/ca\/en\/legal\/privacy.html\"><em>Privacy Policy<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em> The survey is <strong>confidential and anonymous<\/strong>\u2014your individual answers will never be shared with UFV or Manulife.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of your participation in the survey, UFV\u2019s Human Resources department will be provided with an Organizational Health Report that will provide a comprehensive overview of UFV\u2019s health and wellness, and you will be provided with your own personal Wellness Report. Your personal Wellness Report is linked to your survey URL and not your name and position at UFV.
