Dust off those runners, drag yourself away from that computer screen and come out to join us for a 30-minute walk!<\/p>\n

We are happy to see so many faces back on campus and the fall employee fitness challenge is excited to start a walking program as a way to re-connect while striving towards our goal of better health and wellness.<\/p>\n

On the Abbotsford campus we will meet on Mondays at 12:00 pm and on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm in the breezeway between buildings A and B.<\/p>\n

On the Chilliwack campus we will meet on Tuesdays at 12:00 noon at the crossing of Tyson and Caen – the four way stop.<\/p>\n

We’ll be walking rain or shine, so be prepared for the weather! There is no registration necessary, just grab a colleague or two and make this wellness break a priority and one of your fitness challenge goals this fall!<\/p>\n
