If you have an on-campus and online course, switching from one to the other can be challenging being that the design, development, and delivery are unique to each modality. Glazier &amp; Harris\u2019s research finds that, \u201cinstructors matter more in face-to-face courses, where they can establish personal relations with students, whereas assignment \u2018stand in\u2019 for instructors in online class\u201d (2021). In other words, \u201cthe instruction <em>is<\/em>\u00a0the instructor in an online course\u201d (2021). \u00a0Because of this challenge students provide common feedback to instructors.
