This position will use a multi-faceted approach of contact, advocacy, prevention, and intervention through the school and\/or family for children with mild to moderate mental health needs including anxiety. The Middle Years\/Youth Outreach Worker engages children and youth in appropriate programming as per a developed plan, addressing issues of social inclusion, and supporting their successful transition from elementary school to high school. This position reports to the Team Leader and will support the various youth center programs.
