Firekeepers – First Nations New Grad Program provides entry-level (non-clinical) professional developmental positions. Working under close guidance from assigned mentors, new grads are accountable for growing and strengthening their leadership skills and general understanding of the First Nations Health Authority, and other major functional areas, through a detailed one-year development plan including shadowing, hands-on learning, and more.

Salary
$47,057 – $58,821 – $64,704 per year
The Salary Range is the minimum and maximum hourly salary.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted within the range based on their level of education and experience in relation to the role requirements.
Eligibility
• First Nations, Inuit, or Métis.
• Reside in British Columbia during the program.
• Recent graduate within the last eighteen months.
• Have completed a certificate, diploma, bachelor or master’s program through a post-secondary institute or training program.
• Be committed to working full-time for one year.
• Have limited experience in desired career.
