Mental Health Support Worker
$38.1989 – $43.4347 hourly

The 100 Mile House/Ashcroft/Lillooet Team (EHN) is an established, welcoming group of professionals dedicated to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and families. With a team of 5 clinicians and 2 support workers spread across three locations, they work closely with community partners like MCFD Social Workers and Indigenous counsellors to make a real difference. Known for their friendly and supportive atmosphere, they meet monthly in one of their vibrant communities to stay connected and strengthen their impact.
In the Mental Health Support Worker role, you’ll be at the heart of making a difference by offering culturally sensitive and ethically sound support to clients and their families both in the community and on reserve. You’ll collaborate with a clinician, follow tailored assessment and treatment plans, and lead engaging group programs on topics like healthy boundaries and reducing anxiety. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll contribute to enhancing client and family well-being and connect them with essential services. Qualifications for this role include:
•Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Child and Youth Care, or equivalent field of study.
•Recent (within the last 2 years) experience working in child and youth mental health services.
