First Nations Student Program, FT positions – Various locations in BC

About the Program:
This innovative First Nations-centered program will provide First Nations, Inuit and Métis students with invaluable work experience to develop professional skills at the FNHA and to gain exposure in First Nations health care. Our objective is to support students’ career interests and goals by matching them with available opportunities at FNHA

. Eligibility:
1.First Nations, Inuit or Métis students
2.Reside in British Columbia during the program
3.Recent high-school graduate, enrollment in post-secondary institute, or training program. Open to co-op or practicum students.

Include two reference letters (past employer, volunteer, Indigenous Leaders, Elder, teacher, or coach who have known you for at least 6 months). Indicate your area of interest and location in cover letter

Salary Range:
Up to Bachelors: $19.38 – $22.44 – $24.68 per hour
Masters: $22.44 – $25.50 – $28.05 per hour

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum hourly salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
