Our current volunteer needs are:
- Always in need of Male Mentors in all of our service areas – on average our boys wait around 2 years to get matched with a Mentor!
- We will be accepting volunteer applications in the spring for our school-based programs which will start up again in September.
- In Abbotsford specifically, our waitlist for girls in our Community Based program is growing fast! We are looking for individuals who have a few hours each week to spare and are interested in creating a meaningful friendship with a girl who is needing additional support.
Our staffing needs:
- We will be posting a number of paid positions for students in a variety of social service fields of study to fill for the Federal Summer Jobs positions – we will be looking for Summer Youth Workers (part-time or full-time positions in all service areas). - We also have Practicum Placements available in our Programs Department in our Chilliwack location for the Spring/Summer semester. For more information, please contact Program Manager, Cheryl Unger
