The School of Social Work and Human Services invites applicants for a one-year Limited Term Faculty appointment. The successful applicant will be expected to teach a total of seven (7) sections over a two to three semester term, including participation in School service.
Duties of Limited Term faculty fall within Article 18.2 (Teaching Faculty Duties) of the Collective Agreement, specifically the Teaching and Service components.
The successful applicant must have a MSW degree from a recognized institution and a PhD (or ABD) in Social Work is preferred, together with two years successful teaching at a degree level. Candidates with a PhD in a related discipline will be considered if they have a BSW.
