Dallas Peeling, UFV Study Abroad Officer and Blog Editor
Dallas is one of the current UFV Study Abroad Editors. In January 2013, Dallas went to study abroad in France, where he studied languages, economics and sociology. He thoroughly enjoyed his semester in Europe, while taking full advantage of the leisurely French lifestyle by doing a lot of travelling. Dallas is currently enrolled in the Global Development Studies program, and hopes to go abroad after graduating to teach English as a second language.
John Potts, UFV Manager of International Partnerships
John is UFV Manager of International Partnerships. He establishes contacts at universities abroad to facilitate Study Abroad exchanges between UFV and host universities in Asia, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
Mandy Goulding, Blog Coordinator for UFV Study Abroad
Mandy was the blog coordinator for UFV Study Abroad from September 2013 t0 January 2014. Mandy went to study abroad in Australia in Fall 2012, where she studied Media and Communications and immersed herself in Australia’s diverse fun-loving culture. She transferred from UFV to SFU where she earned a scholarship to pursue her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
Renée Hartwig, Blog Coordinator for UFV Study Abroad
Renée was the first UFV Study Abroad blog coordinator, from January to August 2013. Renée went to study abroad in Poland in Winter 2012, where she took art classes and immersed herself in Eastern Europe’s rich cultural heritage. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at UFV in April 2013 and is now looking at Teaching English as a Second Language opportunities in Europe.
