The Physics Student Association<\/strong> has been busy planning some fantastic events this year. Last week, they invited Carl Michal, Physicist from UBC to talk about his research on NMR brain imaging.<\/p>\n

EGBC and NETWORKING EVENT

Tuesday, February 26th (rescheduled from February 12th<\/em>), Andrea Michaud<\/strong>, Student Coordinator for Engineers and Geoscientists of BC<\/a> (EGBC) will speak about how students can register with EGBC and how they can get their EIT designation after graduating. Following her talk, Reia Bhagnari<\/strong>, Engineering Physics Graduate from Ontario will speak on volunteering, networking, and how it helped her change careers. She has worked with nuclear energy and firmware.<\/p>\n

GENERAL FUSION TOUR
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The PSA has arranged a tour of the General Fusion facility in Burnaby. They are working on creating a self-sustaining fusion reactor to revolutionize clean energy production.<\/p>\n
