Come listen to UFV Alumnus and Old Yale Brewmaster Nick Fengler; UFV Food &amp; Agriculture Institute Dr. Alseandros Glaros; Rise Baking Lab Founder Mark Hart; and Culinary Arts Assistant Sian Hurley as they talk about the science of fermentation within their areas of expertise.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"s-lc-event-desc\">\n<p>This event is open to everyone. Science Cafes are casual, dynamic interactions between audience and the participants.
