We are so proud of our Fraser Valley team: Xauni de Figueiroa<\/strong>, Justin Yu<\/strong>, Deepraj Gill<\/strong> and Alex Thorburn<\/strong> for representing the Fraser Valley at the Canada Wide Science Fair last month. Justin Yu from R.E. Mountain Secondary School, Langley brought home silver for his project “Zap the Lead Problem!” and Deepraj Singh Gill from Dasmesh Punjabi School, Abbotsford brought home bronze for his project “How a Commercial Jetliner Functions”.<\/p>\n

Team BC 2023<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Fifty-six students representing 12 regions from across BC and the Yukon travelled to Edmonton for the 61st annual Canada Wide Science Fair. The week was packed full of competition, sight seeing and visits to the University of Alberta, West Edmonton Mall, and the Telus World of Science Edmonton.<\/p>\n
