\"\"<\/a>The President and his delegation visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar and paid obeisance at the\u00a0Gurdwara at the time of Diwali. Hundreds of worshipers were present and there was excitement in the air as people celebrated the festival of lights. They also visited the Wagah border and took part in the ceremonial changing of the guards at dusk when the gates are closed between the two countries for the night. The delegation enjoyed the two sites of great significance to Indians all over the world.<\/p>\n
