The maintenance will result in Banner and Self Service Banner being unavailable today Tuesday, February 17th, during the maintenance window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When will this Occur?<\/strong><br \/>\nTuesday, February 17th, 2026 from 8:00PM to 11:00PM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is impacted?<\/strong><br \/>\nAll UFV employees and students accessing Banner, Self Service Banner, and related applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Banner<br \/>\n\u2022 FAST<br \/>\n\u2022 MyGRADplan<br \/>\n\u2022 Self Service Banner (SSB) \u2013 this includes some cards within the myUFV portal such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards.<\/p>\n<p>The myUFV portal will still be available during this time, however the cards using SSB will be unavailable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Still need more info?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have any questions, please contact the IT Service Desk at <a href=\"http:\/\/itservicedesk.ufv.ca\">itservicedesk.ufv.ca<\/a>, email <a href=\"mailto:itservicedesk@ufv.ca\">itservicedesk@ufv.ca<\/a> or call us on local 4610 or 604-864-4610.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What do I need to know?
