This change is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen data security and ensure that university communications remain protected within UFV\u2019s systems.<\/p>\n<p>To continue accessing your UFV student email on your personal devices, we recommend adding your UFV student account directly to your preferred email app. Most modern email apps support this setup, allowing you to manage your UFV messages without relying on forwarding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why add your UFV email as its own account?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Convenience<\/strong> \u2013 Access your UFV email from any device using the mail app you already use.<br \/>\n<strong>Organization<\/strong> \u2013 Keep your UFV and personal emails separate but easily accessible in one place.<br \/>\n<strong>Security<\/strong> \u2013 Your UFV email remains protected by UFV\u2019s security systems, even after messages are delivered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to set it up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Most email apps support adding an Exchange Online or Office 365 account. Look for this option in your app\u2019s settings.
