During this time, to lessen disruption, IT Services will also be installing prerequisite work for the year-end Admin and Employee Self-Serve modules. The upgrades will result in an outage for all Banner and Banner Self-Serve applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When will this Occur?<\/strong><br \/>\nThursday November 14th at 8:00pm \u2013 Friday November 15th at 1:00am,  2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is impacted?<\/strong><br \/>\nAll UFV employees who use Banner or Banner Self-Serve  applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services Impacted: <\/strong><br \/>\nBanner 9 and all Self-Service Banner Modules<br \/>\nCards within the myUFV portal using Self Service Banner such as:<br \/>\n      \u2022\t     Personal Information<br \/>\n      \u2022\t     Your Academic Record<br \/>\n      \u2022\t     Registration<br \/>\n      \u2022\t     Student: Records, Student Billing and Accounts<br \/>\n      \u2022\t     Employee: My Dashboard (Leave, Pay, Job Summary)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Still need more info?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have any questions, please contact the IT Service Desk at <a href=\"http:\/\/itservicedesk.ufv.ca\">itservicedesk.ufv.ca<\/a>, email <a href=\"mailto:itservicedesk@ufv.ca\">itservicedesk@ufv.ca<\/a> or call us on local 4610 or 604-864-4610.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What do I need to know?
