UFV employees working on campus and connected to our Wi-Fi network, Eduroam, may experience issues accessing network drives, documents, and applications.\u00a0 IT Services is working quickly to resolve the connection issue.<\/p>\n

To manually resolve the issue when using Wi-Fi on campus:<\/strong>
\n1. Check your connection:\u00a0 Ensure you are connected to Eduroam by selecting the Wi-Fi symbol in the bottom right system tray. >> Learn how to connect to Wi-Fi<\/a>
\n2. Check your VPN:\u00a0 If your VPN is not connected, select VPN and select Connect to manually connect. >> Learn more about VPN Connection<\/a><\/p>\n
