UFV.ca and myUFV.ca will experience an outage of up to 8 hours starting November 26, 2022 at 10:00 pm due to a planned system maintenance.

When will this occur?

Starting: Saturday, November 26th 2022 at 10:00 pm PST

Ending: Sunday, November 27th 2022 at 6:00 am PST

An outage of up to 8 hours will occur during this maintenance window.

Who is impacted?

All UFV Staff, Faculty and Students attempting to access UFV.ca, my.ufv.ca, library.ufv.ca or international.ufv.ca

Why is this happening?

This is an outage scheduled due to planned system maintenance.

Services Impacted:

  • UFV.ca Website and all sub-websites including library.ufv.ca and international.ufv.ca
  • Banner Self Service / myUFV (Via standard my.ufv.ca URL; See below)

What do I need to do?

If you have a deadline and need to access myUFV.ca in order to register for courses before the end of the day November 26, 2022 it is recommended you complete your registration before this outage/planned maintenance window.

If you require access to myUFV or Banner Self Service links within myUFV during the outage, please visit https://myportal.ufv.ca

If you require a change to your UFV website, please submit a support ticket with the MyWeb team, https://www.ufv.ca/myweb/request/help-support/

If you require access to library databases, guides, and other resources when the UFV website is unavailable, please visit https://libguides.ufv.ca/alternate_access
