IT Services has been notified of a service disruption that is affecting students and employees attempting to connect to myfiles.ufv.ca also known as gateway.ufv.ca, myFiles and Fileway. Employees and Students may be able to log on but are unable to see the file structure and folders within. We are currently working to resolve this issue and will keep you updated on the progress, we apologize for this inconvenience.
What do I do?
Employees can access files and folders on their network drive using a remote desktop connection or direct access if they already have this configured for their computer/laptop. Students have the option to remotely connect to a lab on campus to access files and folders, instructions on how to connect are located here.
