IT Services will have walk-in and appointment services available to students only at the IT Service Desk in Abbotsford G131 beginning September 14, 2020. Walk-in service for general IT Service Desk support like password, wifi and remote learning delivery assistance will be handled by the QLess Join the Line system. No walk ins will be permitted without first joining the line. Student personal device support and repairs will be by appointment only, booked through the QLess Flex Appointment Manager.
UFV employees can continue to contact the IT Service Desk remotely by phone, email, or by submitting requests through the IT Service Management Portal. IT and AV support technicians can be dispatched for employees on all campuses if desk side or classroom support is required.
