REVISED: Update to Resolve Outlook Calendar Issues Planned

Due to a connection issue following the below upgrade completed this morning, IT Services has reverted back to the original server settings.  Employees that are still encountering issues with Outlook on their UFV laptop/computer or mobile can reach out to the Service Desk for assistance.

IT Services will be performing an update of Microsoft Exchange server settings on Wednesday September 16th.  This update will help alleviate calendar issues discovered during the testing phase of the Microsoft Exchange Online project.

Expected Timeframe: Wednesday, September 16, 5:00 am-7:00 am.

Service(s) Impacted:

  • This update won’t impact email access or functionality
  • Webmail log-in page will be visually different (Exchange 2016 vs 2010), but no change to username, password or access
