What do I need to know?
A recent upgrade to our email server has caused an issue for some UFV employees when attempting to connect to Outlook and Webmail. IT Services is currently working to resolve this issue.
What do I need to do?
Employees that are unable to use Outlook on their UFV laptop, computer or mobile can visit https://webmail.ufv.ca/owa and enter their username and password to access their UFV email and calendar. Employees attempting to use webmail.ufv.ca may also see an error when loading the webpage, please visit https://webmail.ufv.ca/owa as an alternative.
