Services Restored: Outage Multiple Services – March 05 2020

What do I need to know?

UFV IT Services experienced a technical issue this morning that impacted a number of online services including MyUFV, student email, printing services, IT ticketing system and potentially other services. These services have been stabilized, however ongoing investigation is being conducted to determine the cause of the service interruptions. Potential corrective action may need to be taken as a result of the investigation and IT Services will provide notification for any known interruptions as a result.

The issue is being actively investigated and services may continue to be intermittent of unavailable as we work towards resolution.

  • MyUFV
  • Student Email
  • Printing Services

What do I need to do?
Nothing at this time, ITS staff are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue and we appreciate your patience while we stabilize services. We will provide further updates once more information is known.
