UFV Employee email users trying to search for email using the Outlook search functions may experience slowness or may not see any results.
What do I need to do?
IT Services is taking action to restore the service. The search function will gradually improve over the next few hours and is expected to be working normally by Tuesday, October 29th, 2019.
Email search functions are running slowly or failing to return results. The email databases require re-indexing to restore or improve email search functionality. This operation has begun and will continue over the next several hours. As the re-indexing progresses email search will be restored and performance will improve.
