Blackboard Transact Outage – April 24 2019

Estimated time of maintenance: 8 AM – 1 PM

Estimated duration of maintenance: 5 hours.

Services impacted: Operational Devices: during the upgrade devices in the Bookstore, Food Services, Athletics, International, and SUS will operate in an offline mode meaning the devices will store transactions and when the device comes back online all transactions will be uploaded and processed.

Users impacted: All faculty, staff and students.

The following services are unavailable during the outage: student printing, PHIL stations, and laundry, these devices will not work in an offline mode and therefore will be closed for the duration of the upgrade.

During this time if a student needs to print an assignment they can visit the following locations for assistance;
• Campus Card office, S1101
• CEP Library circulation desk

Service enhancements: Service offline for general server update.
