Former Employee Login Questions

If you are a former UFV employee (retired, resigned), your access to payroll information and tax forms, both current and historical, is perpetual.

However, although your access to this information is never terminated, passwords do expire yearly.  If you have forgotten your PIN / password you may be able to reset your password online.

Please Note: Your security question must be set in myUFV for the password reset to work. If you do not have a security question set-up in myUFV and require a password reset, or your account is expired or suspended, please contact the IT Service Desk at itservicedesk@ufv.ca, or 604-864-4610.
