The official announcement came out on <a title=\"Pardy-TEA\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/blog\/2013\/06\/emphasis-on-kindness-and-support-equals-success-for-ufv-teaching-excellence-winner\/\" target=\"_blank\">UFV Today<\/a>, but we couldn&#8217;t pass up the chance to offer our congratulations for the well-earned honour to Linda here at the CMNS blog.<\/p>\n<p>Linda&#8217;s dynamic and engaging teaching style, innovative course offerings and incredible rapport with students \u00a0have been well-known within the department since she started teaching for Communications in 2007, and now her stellar reputation for excellence in the classroom has been recognized by the university as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to Dr. Pardy for this well-deserved award.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re very pleased and proud (but not surprised) to report Dr. Linda Pardy has won UFV&#8217;s Teaching Excellence Award for 2012-13.
