With the world in flux, artist Sharon Strauss feels more strongly than ever that representation matters. Time and technology march ever onward, but social change can be slow to follow. Mental health, disabilities, economic status, ethnicity, sexuality, and gender expression: all are core components of who we are and how we are seen. And we all deserve to be seen for who we are.<\/p>\n
