To accommodate ongoing construction the following modifications to the fencing perimeter will be required.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong><em>Phase 1 \u2013 Starts April 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>This phase will allow the construction team to install the underground infrastructure for EV charging stations.<\/li>\n<li>Relocation of the fence will remove a dozen stalls from circulation.<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility stalls will be relocated to the south side of Building E closer to the access ramp and to SUS]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-249\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/campus-planning\/files\/2024\/04\/Phase-1-Fencing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/campus-planning\/files\/2024\/04\/Phase-1-Fencing.png 903w, https:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/campus-planning\/files\/2024\/04\/Phase-1-Fencing-300x163.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/campus-planning\/files\/2024\/04\/Phase-1-Fencing-768x417.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Phase 2 \u2013 Starting May 15, 2024<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>This phase will allow for the student housing team to relocate the fire hydrant which is a requirement from the fire department for the project.\n<ul>\n<li>The fence perimeter will extend to include the area in the blue square above.
