We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a family run business that is dedicated and focused on providing high grade cannabis, and growing and developing our business within the Canadian market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records, and\/or other documents<\/li>\n<li>Administration of benefits paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Claims management for Disability, Worksafe claims, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring leave of absences, return to work programs and modified duties<\/li>\n<li>Provide first level advice, support and assistance on HR related matters<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparing, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with recruiting and selection &#8211; creating job postings, interviewing, attending career fairs, conducting phone screens &amp; interviews<\/li>\n<li>Filing of paper and electronics records<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service back up during peak times.
