The purpose of the research project is to understand the fans&#8217; entertainment experience and expectations.<br \/>\nIn the first stage of the project, students conducted a series of focus group sessions with participants who have been to a Heat hockey game to gather ideas and insights.<br \/>\nCurrently, students are in the second stage of the project, where they are conducting an online survey.
