If you know are, or know of,\u00a0 a UFV alumnus with a flair for the artistic, we invite you to submit your artwork for the 2015 Alumni commemorative wine artist competition.<\/p>\n
The alumni commemorative wine is a highly anticipated annual tradition at UFV. The wine is produced in honour of the graduating class and is sold throughout UFV communities as a fundraiser for the Alumni Association\u2019s student monetary awards.<\/p>\n
All forms of art are eligible if they can be photographed. Simply send us three high-resolution images of your work along with a 50-word biography. The Alumni Association Board of Directors will consider all eligible submissions from UFV alumni and make its choice in January.<\/p>\n
Submission deadline is January 14, 2015.<\/p>\n
This is a great opportunity for some tremendous exposure. The winning artist\u2019s work will be rendered onto the 2015 Alumni Commemorative wine labels and their bio featured on the back label. The artist is also honored at the Alumni Association’s Commemorative Wine launch event March 2015 (TBA) and is written up in Skookum, the university magazine, and featured on our Alumni website.<\/p>\n
