Want to travel and study in Peru? If so, please attend the Peru Study Tour info session,\u00a0 on Thurs, October 30, 12:30 to 2 pm, Abby A225. At the session we will discuss:
\n\u2022 the tour itinerary and timing
\n\u2022 costs
\n\u2022 courses offered
\n\u2022 the application process
\n\u2022 upcoming deadlines<\/p>\n

Participants in the tour will have the opportunity to
\n\u2022 study the history and culture of the Peruvian Andes
\n\u2022 visit Machu Picchu and other Inka sites, museums, art galleries, a textile factory, local weavers, markets, and stores
\n\u2022 participate in textile workshops in Indigenous communities
\n\u2022 meet with NGO representatives
\n\u2022 hike\u2014and condor watch\u2014in spectacular mountain scenery
\n\u2022 travel to Lima, Arequipa and the Colca Canyon, Cusco (UNESCO World Heritage Centre), the \u2018Sacred Valley of the Inkas,\u2019 and the Callej\u00f3n de Huaylas (with the world\u2019s highest tropical mountain range)<\/p>\n
