Defending and claiming their lands, they speak for peoples across the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hugh Brody, <\/strong>UFV&#8217;s Canada Research Chair in Aboriginal Studies, will introduce his new film from the Kalahari. <strong>Annetta Bok<\/strong> and <strong>Dirk Pienaar<\/strong> will travel from the Kalahari to join the discussion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neil Sterrit <\/strong>and<strong> Don Ryan<\/strong> will take us to Gitksan territory in film and history.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonny McHalsie<\/strong> and <strong>Dave Schaepe<\/strong> will show us Sto:lo territory along the Fraser River.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ken Brealey<\/strong> will make a journey to Australia.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, email <a href=\"mailto:\/\/brad.whittaker@ufv.ca\">brad.whittaker@ufv.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Program:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fri, July 11<\/strong><br \/>\nDoors open at 5:30.
