We\u2019re updating how you submit requests for photo, video, and writing services from the UFV Communications team (part of the Community Engagement division).<\/p>\n
Our existing online request forms will be moving from an in-site form plug-in to UFV\u2019s service request management portal, TDX. Links on UFV websites will be updated to direct you to the new TDX service portal, so the change should be seamless for anyone submitting a request.<\/p>\n
No action is required at this time. Once the new forms are live, simply use the updated links to submit your Communications service requests and reference the knowledge articles for advice on the process.<\/p>\n
This change will help us better manage, track and respond to requests while providing a more consistent and informed experience for requesters.<\/p>\n
