Dear UFV<\/span> students, faculty, and staff,<\/p>\n \n As we look ahead to the next chapter of the University of the Fraser Valley, we are undertaking a thoughtful\u00a0refresh\u00a0of our Integrated Strategic Plan\u2014one that reflects both who we are today and who we aspire to become.<\/p>\n \n \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Why this matters:<\/b><\/p>\n This work builds on the foundation of\u00a0\u00cdy\u00e1q\u00e1wtxw\u2014House of Transformation<\/i>, our current plan, and is being led through the President\u2019s Office in collaboration with consultant Lorne Mackenzie, Professor Emeritus and retired Associate Professor in the School of Business.<\/p>\n \n Grounded in meaningful engagement with our students, faculty,\u00a0staff, alumni, partners, and communities, this process invites us to listen carefully, learn from one another, and shape a shared path forward.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n How your input will be used:<\/b><\/p>\n Your feedback will help:<\/p>\n \n It will also guide further conversations, including focus groups and broader engagement across the university.<\/p>\n \n To support your participation, you may find it helpful to review our current plan and recent progress:<\/p>\n \n I encourage you to take time to complete the survey by May 3, 2026<\/b>.
