Dr. Hippolyte Fofack is a research associate at Harvard University, and a Parker Fellow at the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) at Columbia University. Former Chief Economist and Director of Research and International Cooperation at the African Export-Import Bank. Former head of the Macroeconomics and Growth Program at the World Bank Group in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n
