Distributing submissions more evenly throughout the year enables us to support you more effectively and ensures smoother financial operations for the entire university.<\/p>\n<p>We also want to extend our sincere thanks for your continued consideration and restraint in discretionary spending in both base budgets and one-time special purpose accounts during this challenging financial period.
