Jelena Brcic, PhD, Associate Professor, School of Business<\/strong><\/p>\n Dr. Jelena Brcic studies teams in extreme environments \u2014 from space crews to Search and Rescue \u2014 exploring coping, motivation, and psychological growth, with her latest work focusing on women in Canadian Search and Rescue.<\/p>\n Sandra Riches, Executive Director, BC AdventureSmart<\/strong><\/p>\n As the executive director of BC AdventureSmart, Sandra Riches works closely with industry partners such as BC\u2019s 78 search and rescue groups, comprised of 3,200 volunteers, as well as industry affiliates and stakeholders.<\/p>\n Kelsi Paul, Central Fraser Valley Search & Rescue<\/strong><\/p>\n Search and Rescue volunteers play a vital role in keeping us safe, often working under extreme conditions and high stress. My conversation explores the experiences of women in Canadian Search and Rescue.<\/p>\n Krista Minar, Assistant Fire Chief, Chilliwack Fire Department<\/strong><\/p>\n Krista Minar is the Assistant Fire Chief of Prevention, Chilliwack Fire Department & former Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Merritt for the 2021 Coldwater Floods.
