UFV Theatre presents Moth Boy<\/em> by Peihwen J. Tai.<\/p>\n Directed by Tetsuro Shigematsu, “Moth Boy” will run from November 27 until December 6, 2025. This will be the first production of UFV Theatre’s 2025-2026 season and will be running at the School of Creative Art\u2019s performance studio on UFV\u2019s Abbotsford campus.<\/p>\n Presented by the UFV School of Creative Art\u2019s acting and production classes, Moth Boy<\/em> is a new play in development written by UBC graduate Peihwen J. Tai. \nThe Secret in the Wings is a vivid story woven from several lesser-known fairy tales, reflecting upon the darker and more dangerous undercurrents of childhood. Actors involved in this production should expect some storytelling through movement and ensemble\/choral work.
\nThis show runs March 19th-28th 2026, with select performances at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.<\/p>\n
\nApril 2026
\nThe Directors\u2019 Theatre Showcase is the final project presented by UFV Theatre\u2019s fourth-year Directing class. It is a chance for students to apply everything they have learned in the course and direction a short production.
