{"id":35684,"date":"2025-09-16T10:43:47","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T17:43:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/announce\/?p=35684"},"modified":"2025-09-16T10:44:03","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T17:44:03","slug":"the-wellness-project-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ufv.ca\/announce\/2025\/09\/16\/the-wellness-project-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"The Wellness Project &#8212; survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A message from UFV Health, Disability, and Wellness (part of Human Resources):<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Starting on October 1, UFV will be taking part in The Wellness Report \u2014 a short, confidential survey that helps us better understand the overall health and well-being of our employees and organization.<\/p>\n<h4>What do you need to know about The Wellness Report?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s a quick online survey offered as part of our group benefits plan<\/li>\n<li>Responses are anonymous and confidential; no one at our UFV or at Manulife will see individual answers<\/li>\n<li>The survey runs from Wednesday, October 1 to Friday, October 31.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Why does it matter?<\/h4>\n<p>The more employees who take part, the more insights we\u2019ll gain \u2014 giving us a clear picture of how we\u2019re doing and where we can improve. It provides an organizational assessment, looking at existing workplace wellness measures and their effectiveness, while also providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Plus, everyone who completes the survey will receive their own Personal Health Report with recommendations for how they can help improve their health. Learn more about the Wellness Report<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for helping us build a healthier workplace together.<\/p>\n<p>Manulife will administer the Wellness Report Survey through its survey provider, Deloitte. The survey is subject to Manulife\u2019s Terms and Conditions and any information you provide will be subject to Deloitte\u2019s Privacy Policy. The survey is confidential and anonymous\u2014your individual answers will never be shared with UFV or Manulife.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of your participation in the survey, UFV\u2019s Human Resources department will be provided with an Organizational Health Report that will provide a comprehensive overview of UFV\u2019s health and wellness, and you will be provided with your own personal Wellness Report. Your personal Wellness Report is linked to your survey URL and not your name and position at UFV. Manulife uses anonymized data to provide sector-wide recommendations to support other organizations similar to UFV.
