Her presentation, M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo tradicional: estrategias inclusivas y descolonizadoras en la evaluaci\u00f3n de ELE (Beyond the Traditional: Inclusive and Decolonizing Strategies in Spanish as a Foreign Language Assessment), explored how evaluation practices in teaching Spanish as a foreign language can be re-imagined through the integration of Indigenous Canadian pedagogies.<\/p>\n
She shared practical examples, including World Caf\u00e9 discussions, dialogue circles, and stereotype-analysis workshops, that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom.<\/p>\n
This approach moves beyond traditional, solely cognitive assessment methods, fostering collaborative, reflective, and holistic learning environments.<\/p>\n
