Social Work 430 and Archway Community Services present an online workshop about workplace rights and responsibilities for international students.<\/p>\n
This workshop takes place Monday, April 8 from 1 to 2:30 pm, touching on current Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada rules for working while here on a student visa, BC employment standards and occupational health and safety laws.<\/p>\n
It is delivered by fourth year social work practicum student Amanda Davies, and Archway Community Services settlement worker Swinder Singh.<\/p>\n
