Join UFV Culinary Arts on Friday, Feb 7 at the Rivers Dining Room in the UFV Chilliwack Trades and Technology Centre for night two of our 2025 pop-up restaurant series, Restaurant Wars. Two teams, two restaurants, two nights. This means war<\/em>.<\/p>\n The menu for this pop-up dinner is created by UFV Professional Cook 1 students, and their restaurant is Al Dente<\/em>.<\/p>\n View the menu below and click here for tickets<\/a>.<\/p>\n ___________________<\/p>\n Menu<\/strong><\/p>\n Amuse Bouche<\/p>\n Marinated Olives<\/p>\n Citrus and sage, house-made focaccia<\/p>\n Apertivo<\/p>\n Limonata<\/p>\n Fresh lemon soda<\/p>\n Primo<\/p>\n Stuffed Ravioli<\/p>\n Mushroom, ricotta & basil filling, white wine cream sauce<\/p>\n Secondo<\/p>\n Rack of Lamb<\/p>\n confit fingerling potatoes, roasted winter vegetables & black pepper jus<\/p>\n Caf\u00e9<\/p>\n Coffee & Tea<\/p>\n Dolce<\/p>\n Tiramisu<\/p>\n espresso-dipped ladyfingers, whipped mascarpone<\/p>\n ___________________<\/p>\n Doors open at 5 pm and dinner begins at 5:30 pm.<\/p>\n Substitutions to the menu cannot be made, however, exceptions can be made for allergies at the discretion of the teams cooking. This is a teaching kitchen environment and ingredients may come into contact with common food allergens.<\/p>\n Pay parking is in effect.
