Learning specialists in the Teaching and Learning Centre are looking for faculty members from any discipline at UFV to participate in FLEx (Faculty Learning Exchange). FLEx partners faculty with a learning specialist to engage in conversations about teaching and learning. This program includes pre- and post- conversations and a class visit. By observing effective teaching practices in different fields, learning specialists can deepen their knowledge of discipline-specific pedagogies. In exchange, they can suggest high-impact strategies and curricular designs that support faculty to embed additional effective approaches.<\/p>\n
