The Financial Services and Supply Chain departments will join other UFV departments in using TeamDynamix as their new service management tool for users to request common services. The departments will begin seamlessly transitioning services to TeamDynamix during the first two weeks of May.<\/p>\n
UFV employees will now have an enhanced user experience, seamless submission of many common services, and full visibility into the status and history of their submitted tickets. The new ticketing system replaces disparate tools that were used to manage requests and streamlines the teams\u2019 business processes via automation and enhanced reporting.<\/p>\n
The implementation of the new ticketing system will greatly improve our ability to serve the UFV community.<\/p>\n
